Tilly’s HomeHelp and Support

What we help with

Everyday help at home for older people across the New Forest. Prices start at £20 an hour, with a one-hour minimum.

Regular home cleaning

A clean, comfortable home, week in, week out

Keeping on top of the housework gets harder when bending, stretching and carrying are not as easy as they were. We come in on a regular day and keep things fresh, so you can enjoy your home rather than worry about it.

Tell us what matters most to you and we will start there.

  • Dusting and polishing
  • Hoovering and mopping the floors
  • Kitchens and bathrooms wiped down and fresh
  • The little jobs on your list

Companionship calls

Good company and a proper chat

Sometimes the most helpful thing is simply someone to talk to. A companionship call is time set aside for you: a cup of tea, a natter about the week, a game or a puzzle, or a look through old photographs.

It is something to look forward to, and a comfort for family who live further away.

  • A cup of tea and a good chat
  • Cards, puzzles and the crossword
  • Looking through photos or reading together

Shopping help

Your shopping, sorted

Heavy bags, busy car parks and long queues can turn a simple shop into a tiring trip. Give us your list and we will pick up what you need, bring it home and help put it all away.

  • Your list picked up for you
  • Bags carried in and put away
  • Fresh food in the fridge and the cupboards full
